Flourish 
 

Our church is proud to support Flourish, an exciting new initiative launched by our diocese as part of a pilot program to explore fresh ways of worship. Flourish connects local churches with schools to create new worshipping communities that gather midweek, either during lunch or after school. These voluntary groups offer a welcoming space for students to explore faith, led in partnership with local church members who help guide activities and spiritual growth.

Flourish worker, Heather Gray-Newton, works three days a week, including in school on certain days and working with the mother and toddler group at church, as those families are also likely to become part of the school community.

We want to strengthen links between the church and school, which are already excellent, and to build a worshipping community in the school.
